The Smile Prize

Together with its charity work, the Association is contributing much in the cultural-educational sphere. We arranged various celebrations, meetings, and cultural events and tried to offer surprises for some of the famous people of the country. 
It was Nanuli Shevardnadze’s idea (inspired by Lado Gudiashvili’s famous painting “The Smile of a Fresco”) to establish an honorary prize – “The Smile Prize” - to be given for distinguished results in science, arts and sports. 
The Smile Prize was delivered to the world-famous Georgian violin player Liana Isakadze and the most beloved actress of Georgian audiences Medea Chakhava. These outstanding ladies, in addition to sharing their art, also bestow a charming smile on their audiences.
